U.S. Customers – Duties & Tariffs

All orders ship from Canada. Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, tariffs, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Flwrchild does not cover or reimburse any duties applied at delivery.

U.S. Orders Are Final Sale

Because of cross-border tariff rules and the high cost of returns, all U.S. orders are final sale.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for customers in the United States.

International Customers (Outside Canada & USA)

Your order may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country’s customs regulations. These fees vary and are not controlled by Flwrchild. Customers are responsible for any charges applied at delivery.

Canadian Customers

No duties apply. You will only be charged applicable Canadian taxes at checkout (GST/HST/PST depending on your province), along with standard shipping fees.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery and returned to us, any return shipping charges, carrier handling fees, or re-import duties charged to Flwrchild will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
